By accessing or using SkulByte services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
SkulByte provides cloud hosting services including but not limited to Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Dedicated Servers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your contact information is accurate and up-to-date
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are available within 7 days for VPS and 30 days for shared hosting
- Late payments may result in service suspension
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content
- Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
- Copyright infringement
- DDoS attacks or network abuse
- Cryptocurrency mining without authorization
- Adult content (unless on designated servers)
6. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our services. Service credits are available for downtime exceeding this guarantee. Please refer to our SLA page for complete details.
7. Limitation of Liability
SkulByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your services at any time through the client portal. Data will be retained for 7 days after cancellation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
