Why no new system?

A new system asks the whole team to work differently. One hand-⁠over that runs by itself changes only the step that now gets left behind. If the trial shows more is needed, that is a new choice, with a discovery first.

What if it fails?

Then the owner of the task sees it at once, and the enquiry goes to a list to be picked up by hand. Nothing is guessed and nothing is sent twice. The team can always go back to the old way.
